Data Access Requester
Innovation Technology Services has developed the Data Access Requester which allows all users of your network to request access to shared data (folders and files). Simply right clicking on the folder allows them to automatically request access to a folder. All of the requests and who approved them and why is later available for auditing simply by querying an SQL database.
Think about how much time and effort is expended managing access to directories on shared network drives. User tries to access a directory, access is denied, they then log a help desk call, they look for what group controls access, the user is added to the group and the user notified. This all takes time, resulting in loss of productivity and idle time while waiting for IT staff to complete the request. Password Reset
The Innovation Password Reset software comes in two variations. Password Reset Lite is a Windows executable while Password Reset Premium is a DotNetNuke module. In combination with standard Microsoft delegation it allows non IT users of your network to be able to reset passwords securely. Password Reset Premium includeds full reporting and flexibility to accommodate your business rules.
